No, we aren't a service provider. However you can access our services through ANY Aged Care Service Provider or access our services privately. If you prefer to Self Manage, we partner with Aunty Grace and Trilogy Care. Speak to us to learn more.

Our Support Workers or Happy Valley Heroes specialise in providing housekeeping, gardening, transport, shopping assistance, social support, companionship, meal prep, personal care and respite for our clients.

We also provide home modification services through our partner Big & Little Solutions.

It's your right to choose the care services you receive through your Home Care Package including choosing your Support Worker as per Aged Care Standard 1 - Consumer Dignity and Choice. You can request one of our Support Workers through your Service Provider, or book a Hero directly with us. We're happy to set up an agreement with your provider who we may not already be affliated with.

Yes! We provide Personal Care services. 

Happy Valley Home Care have offices in Croydon VIC and Newcastle NSW. Our Support Workers are located all over Melbourne: Yarra Valley, Healesville, Melbourne East, Melbourne South-East  and Mornington Peninsula. And in NSW we are located in Newcastle, Central Coast, Maitland and Port Stephens.
